Being a spiritual person, I'd more than just crystals , cards and meditation. Spirituality is essentially the connection you have to your spirit. When you are divinely connected you experience an otherworldly sense of balance and peace within , which makes you a target for people who seek that. However as spiritual people we often face many battles seen and unseen , and we experience things that many people who are not connected will never understand. People who are broken spirited tend to lean on us for assistance and guidance , while dumping their trauma on us. But who checks on the spiritual people who hold so many responsibilities in the spirit and in the physical. Who really sees us as more than a beacon of light but as also human beings who hurt too.
