Really good podcasts. Finding them very useful. However, I often feel there is an emotional and relational aspect to time management which gets far less attention than the clear practical solutions which can sometimes come over like one lives in a unilateral bubble. Maybe it's because the solutions are more tricky and wisdom based. Maybe it's a different subject, psychology. But it might be good to hear some tips on this area. e.g - "practice saying no" can be a massive subject, how do you judge, how do you prepare people, how do you get over the backlash. - personality types, some require a long lead in time to ramp up creativity or productivity, but cannot seem to fit it into their schedule, can they retrain their personality? - etc etc...
