Sunderland have spent the last 10 years on a Rollercoaster. That Rollercoaster included Big Sam Allardyce taking charge before being picked up by England, relegation to the Championship after a disappointing season, an unthinkable relegation to League One after an even more disappointing season, promotion back and a storming run to return to the Premier League where they have set a whirlwind amongst the elite, having one of the best starts in recent history by a newly promoted side.

Phew! Thats a lot thats happened... but the Black Cats are Back! And everyone (apart from those in Newcastle) are delighted to see their return.

We spoke with Tom A. Smith - a singer, songwriter and musician who at such a young age has taken the music industry by storm in the same way Sunderland has!

We discussed with Tom his career from his early days - performing to crowds at 8 years old, singing at the Stadium of Light and even opening for the legendary Sir Elton John at Hyde Park!

We discuss Defoe and his Sunderland heroes plus the effect former Lorient manager Regis Le Bris has had in the North East. Plus we also look at Enzo Le Fee - a man AFC Bournemouth were heavily linked with.
