An activist "who formed a "New Order Chapter" in Toledo Ohio in 1992, while serving in the community - the organization has since expanded to cities across the United States. Gerald is known for his dedication to service while working on high-profile cases - like the Mike Vick case, Sandra Bland, Ray Lewis, James Craig Anderson, and many more human rights issues and circumstances throughout the United States."
