Cannot wait for you to meet my friend Justin McCarty!

Justin is the National Relationship Development Manager with Austin Disaster Relief Network (Austin, TX) and works with churches across the country to equip and train resilient church networks to respond during times of crisis. He has an extensive background in leadership development, having been previously employed with Leadership Austin (Austin, TX) as Director of Learning & Engagement and the Global Leadership Network (Barrington, IL) as a Regional Director.

He also has a huge heart for the local church, having served as a pastor for 12 years at both Gateway Church (Austin, TX) and Quest Community Church (Lexington, KY). He and his wife, Courtney, along with their three young boys, reside in Louisville, Kentucky.
