Preacher: The Rev’d Lucyann Ashdown, Chaplain, Farleigh Hospice, Chelmsford

Lucyann is an Anglican priest and midwife working as a hospice chaplain at Farleigh Hospice in Mid Essex. She is also chair to The Guild of Health. Prior to ordination she was an Independent Midwife and midwife teacher in East London and Essex. She trained as a spiritual director at the London Spirituality Centre and is particularly interested in how we experience the divine in and through our bodies.

She is married to James and enjoys running, knitting, singing and an eclectic range of music.
