Turbo was born a minor’s son and raised in the small town of Bovey on the Iron Range in Minnesota. His path from MN high school hockey, to junior, to college to pro was not paved for him. Through hard work and perseverance he cut his own way. The ultimate teammate and world class story teller sits down with the boys and lays it all out. This pod has it all. Minnesota state history, UAA, pro, Anchorage Aces (early years), punch by punch fight stories, “hockey is a small world” connections, Facebook monologuing, rattlesnake cowboy boots, pool parties and even Macho Man Randy Savage impersonations.
