Description

Chris Bray is a licensed psychologist and co-director of the Ambit Network and The Center for Resilient Families at the University of Minnesota.  Chris has conducted numerous program evaluations and has a clinical practice working with traumatized youth and families.  Amanda and Jonathan take the ACEs study and discuss their results and how adverse childhood experiences can have a huge impact on our mental and physical health as adults.
