The CEO of United Healthcare was murdered yesterday in a targeted attack, and every CEO in America should take notice of the fact that there is really no outrage about it. Some are even defending the act, and wondering out loud if it might be self-defense. After all, it would be very hard to find anyone who kills Americans with greater frequency and efficiency than a CEO. This and more on today's show.
