Teachers often think about changing their job or career for a long time before they take any action. They aren't sure what else they would be qualified to do, and sometimes they just don't know what they would want to do if they left teaching.

She also mentions some books that one might enjoy reading for information and inspiration and she offers the name of some online assessments that one might take if they are looking to determine their strengths and interests.
