-Internal communication between your team members should be via CHAT (slack.com - Desktop & Mobile, Free & Paid) if possible

-Role-Based email accounts should be monitored on shifts, not a free- for-all

-Do not send or respond to emails to team members outside of work hours

-Don’t use email to manage your to-do list

-Don’t email top-of-mind things, keep a list and send once a day •Don’t email work-in-progress documents

-Adopt company-wide discussion boards (Slack)
