Description
A 16-year-old boy, accused of a fatal shooting in Tacoma, was arrested after a high-speed chase. Hes charged with first-degree murder in the shooting of 18-year-old Messiah Washington in February. The boy and three girls were arrested after the chase, with two other suspects still at large. The boy faces additional charges including assault, vehicle theft, and eluding police. Hes expected to be transferred to Pierce County once a separate assault case is resolved.
