Last week at the University of New South Wales the winners of the 2019 Australian Mental Health Prize were announced.
The dual winners were recognised for the important work they do to improve mental health across the country.
Joe Williams tirelessly advocates for suicide prevention and mental health wellness in the Riverina community and around Australia.
He chatted about his story and how we can have the tough conversations.
