• Home Prices: 0.2% increase city wide, but what does 2024 have in store for appreciation?


• Inventory: -25% decrease in homes for sale over 2023. Will we see more homes in 2024?


• Total Homes Sold: -25% decrease in homes SOLD in 2023. If inventory picks up in 2024 will this number increase?


• Interest rates: 27% increase in rates over 2023. How will the election year and the FED deal with rates in 2024?


• Consumer confidence: 10% increase in confidence, BUT what's going to happen in 2024?
