Charity and good works are common and expected in a Christian community, but the bible calls us to even greater depths of care and love. The bible challenges us to look past a person's disabilities, poverty and circumstances and focus on their purpose. This is a message that has to encourage you if you feel inadequate to be a part of God's Kingdom to serve, and it is a call to those who take for granted their status and have begun to look down on those who might not have the qualifications or resources.
