In Chapter 1 the argument is, The (Enterprise Charges) against R. Kelly is a farse. Mr. Kelly's Lawyer contends that the racketeering charge was intended for the use of Organized crime and mobsters and should not be used in a sex crime case. She further argues that the goverment did not prove all of the elements of the Rico. I give my opinion of those arguments. Like the Podcast and subscribe.
