The Blessing in not a Verb, it's a Noun
The Blessing is an empowering, supernatural SUBSTANCE, enabling them to prosper
- Be Fruitful: Be Productive
- Multiply: Be more than you are right now
- Fill the earth: Put something in the earth that wasn't here when you got here
The Blessing came BEFORE any rules were given.
