This week we talked with Brian Sheppard of Cinderella Strong. We talk about his story, his passion for helping others, and his mission to empower woman to be beYOUtiful, amazing, and strong!

Brian A. Sheppard is a man convinced that he was created in the image and likeness of his father. This conviction is the foundation behind his mission to empower others to realize their worth, value and fully manifest their inherent greatness.

Brian was formally educated at the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, where he received his BS in Business Education. He later went on to obtain a Massage Therapy diploma from The Body Therapy Institute.

Brian was married for 12 years in which time he had 8 children. He was a foster parent to 4, was gifted a child by marriage, has girl/boy twins and a daughter from his own lineage.

Brian’s professional career includes diverse experiences. He has authored books, created numerous trainings for individuals as well as corporations. He has taught and train nationally and abroad. Brian was the visionary, founder and president of an educational company that operated a Pre-K through 8th grade private school, which Brian envisioned to empower children and families. Brian created Cinderella Strong, a women’s empowerment company, that offers training that address matters of health, heart, hopes, haven, and heirs (addressing children and legacy). Program opportunities include online wellness training, onsite gym and wellness, as well as a printshop that teaches entrepreneurship and business. Brian has a 10 acre ranch with horses, goats, and chickens. During the warmer months of the year his training programs include bonfire talks, healing with horses classes, cowgirl confidence camps for elementary and middle schoolers, and a host of other relationship experiences and teachings.
