The Brum Picture Show #31: The Robert Eggers Episode
Description
On this week’s show, to celebrate the release of Nosferatu, we’ll be discussing its director Robert Egger’s career, from small art house films to box office smashes.
We’ll be talking about his partnership with Willem Dafoe, his love of the festive classic Home Alone, and why he’ll never cast a goat in a film again.
As always we’ll also be reviewing some new(ish) releases, including the chimpanzee based biopic of Robbie Williams, and asking if all future biopics should feature CGI animals in the lead. The answer is “yes”, obviously.
