The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. The first full week of 2021 has offered no reason for optimism that things will improve from the madness of 2020. Covid-19 continues to suffocate the planet, the vaccine rollout has been fractured, and riot and bloodshed wracked the the capitol city. As with all highly controversial political events, Gus encourages non-white people to avoid discussing the events on the job. There is nothing to be gained by volunteering your commentary on these events. Even speaking with other non-white colleagues could be dangerous. We'll continue to review protocols for remaining safe in the workplace and for addressing potential security hazards on the job.
