The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 08/14/25. As the summer of 2025 concludes, The C.O.W.S. invested the latter portion of the season addressing black workers retiring from the job and young non-white people starting a career under treacherous circumstances. This week we’ll solicit insight from non-white people who’ve employed counter-racist logic in the Workplace. Have these techniques backfired and caused your more problems?
