The C.O.W.S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 11/27/25 We do not holidays to eat turkey and giblets. After speaking with Dr. Robert J. Rodgers Jr. the previous day about the Racist tricks employed to not hire black male educators. Today, we discussed the accusations against Major Blaine McGraw, who's accused of sexual misconduct against dozens of female soldiers. Major McGraw would be someone to discuss if one is considering a military career. We also discuss a more precise aspect of composure in the workplace, facial and non-verbal expressions. Several non-white listeners report instances of themselves or other non-white people experiencing trouble on the job as a result of inappropriate laughing or other expressions of emotions.
