We've all that and more in Wedge 10 as Kirk and Daine return for the Spring Semester with the help of their trusty new sidekick/intern/independent studyier/human Cheeseboy Zach! Kirk, Daine and Zach talk about how American cheese came to be, why those mean ol' millennials are killing it and, of course, they eat some cheese!
