Her unique background as a creative brand copywriter combined with her extensive business leadership experience allows her to effectively bring attention to the "whole person" when shaping company policies and initiatives.
Chelsea's talk A Million Little Moments: How to Influence Culture was ranked an attendee favorite at the 2020 BambooHR Virtual Conference. She is currently a leader as the Director of People and Culture for one of Orlando's top Digital Marketing Agencies: 321 and is pursuing her Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Purdue.
