This Coaches vs Covid19 episode features Molly Binetti from University of South Carolina, Casey Glass a tactical strength coach, Rebekah Gold from University of North Texas, and Ashley Jackson from University of Michigan. Each of these coaches comes from a different avenue of our field and provide great insight on their time within the strength and conditioning career path. This round table discussion reviews challenges faced by young coaches and trials within the field, but also addresses solutions to build a more solid foundation for the next generation of coaches.
