As people continue to not notice the shutdown of the U.S. government, more hysterical news stories are coming out in an attempt to get the citizens to care. Today's news cycle features everything from a shortage of air traffic controllers to threats/warnings that people are going to starve to death if the EBT doesn’t get issued.
Amazingly enough, the media is still trying to portray Argentina’s Milei as some sort of radical libertarian reformer. This of course requires ignoring that all of his so-called “reforms” consist of the same old same: austerity and privatization.
In the U.S., ICE continues to crack down on those who try to come to America who don’t share our values and pose a threat to national security. In order to accomplish this, a sophisticated scientific method is being deployed to differentiate between the bad guys and everyone else. It’s simple: you just look at what they have posted online about Israel.
Finally, we wrap up today’s show with another story about these massive data centers being built across the U.S.. The media continues to blow smoke, claiming these data centers are for AI. After all, now that you can have sexy talk with your AI girlfriend, that is going to take a lot of computing power.
