I often tell my clients there are two ways to solidify proper movement patterns. The first way is to maintain proper form under load. The second way is to maintain proper form under exhaustion. Both require a great deal of intention in order to avoid injury while improving outcomes. In this EPISODE I sit down with former teammate and coaching partner, Shane Miller, to discuss the importance of INTENTION in pursuit of GOALS. Suffering is unavoidable. We can choose to give up under the strain or persist and get the reward. There is a such thing as GOOD PAIN. As coaches, Shane and I understand the role we play in explaining to our clients what they should be experiencing. The time will come when you must decide whether you will stay under the load or give into exhaustion. We're here to remind you that you will get the REWARD if you CHOOSE to STAY IN IT.
