Chicago Booth's Executive Development Program provides high potential executives with conceptual frameworks to set strategy, make decisions, and lead effectively as a successful general manager. Participants will gain an understanding of critical functional areas and their interconnection, as well as develop skills needed to lead cross-functional teams.
