Marcel Dumas Gautreau is an Economics PhD Graduate from George Mason University. His fields are Austrian Economics, Public Choice Economics, and Development Economics. His research primarily revolves around authoritarian regimes, particularly "developmental states" like Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan.
