And the auction is even bigger than we had anticipated...besides the huge sale of the G.I. JOE #21 cover, it also featured an absolute jaw-dropper: The record-setting $3.36 million sale of a single comic panel page. Of course, we had to talk about that, too! We close out this episode with a chat I had with Danish author/film critic, Christian Monggaard (ROBERT CRUMB: I CAN'T DO PRETTY), on his podcast. We talk about all things comic art.
