Cecilia Braekhus is known as The First Lady of Boxing. Her career has encompassed many firsts, including becoming the first woman in any weight class to hold the WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO titles simultaneously. She reigned as the undisputed female welterweight champion from 2014 to 2020 until that string was broken in 2020. We talk about her origin story from Colombia to being raised in Norway, role models, post-fight rituals, mental fitness, her secretive start in kickboxing and her fight to legalize professional boxing in her home country.
