Description

Paul Agunda, Country Director of ASB Niger is sharing his thoughts on their P-FIM exercise that followed a training. Get inspired!

The P-FIM starting point is the experience, knowledge, and action of people.
In a trust relationship inter-agency teams listen to community groups without agency, sector, or project bias. The results are compelling and present a significant challenge and opportunity for the humanitarian, development, and peace building sectors. P-FIM delivers important, surprising, and insightful findings on where people are at and the value people are creating for themselves – their starting point. It is powerful and transformative for everyone involved and has significant global implications.
