In 1991 Bede Griffiths OSB led the John Main Seminar in New Harmony, Indiana. He chose to speak about John Main’s thought on meditation and community and developed it in his mystical understanding of Christ. It was during this Seminar that The World Community for Christian Meditation was formed.
