Update: 2025-08-31
Description
Kimberly Bizor Tolbert was selected in January as the first Black woman to serve as Dallas City Manager after beginning her career more than 30 years ago as an intern at City Hall. And it’s been non-stop work since, from trying to figure out what happens to the Dallas Mavericks, to the $5 billion budget. WFAA anchor Dia Wall scored an exclusive sit down with Tolbert and she joins the Jasons to discuss the interview. Despite what you may have heard, Dia learned the number one concern for Dallas residents isn’t public safety.
