Tsang, Santa Monica College Superintendent/President; with closing remarks by John Chiang, California State Treasurer; and is facilitated by Dr. Fernando Guerra. Organized by the Center for the Study of Los Angeles and co-sponsored by the LMU Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts.
