In this show, Michelle and Greg Friedman (host of KXFM’s Inner Journey), have an engaging and enlightening conversation with Elias Arjan, Co-Founder/CEO of PRUVN Research and a longevity expert. Elias talked about his company, PRUVN, and how they conduct scientific research to validate the claims of top wellness brands in the multi-trillion-dollar wellness industry.  

The show featured a lot of live audience engagement from listeners. Longevity and the possibility of living 100 healthy years through new technologies was discussed, including stem cells and how they are derived and produced.  We also talked about the importance of gathering in person, dancing, music, loving relationships, and nature.
