• We are still struggling with the concept of "lowest bidder" in acquisition of services and tech. What this often leads to is unethical vendor practices.
• With so much tech at our disposal, we are still far from achieving optimal orchestration between human decision makers and technologies which are supposed to aid us with the decision-making process.
