Kathy has over 25 years of experience in leading human resource teams, business operations, and organization-wide change initiatives. She has experience in various types of organizations, such as healthcare, high-tech, and professional services, within small and mid-sized companies. She drives change by developing people and implementing processes and systems to drive organizational performance.
Kathy works with small business owners, leadership teams, and individual clients, helping them to establish a vision, align with purpose, and execute a plan to achieve results.
Kathy enjoys spending time with her two kids, writing, and traveling. In her spare time, you can find her running races around Northeast Ohio. She believes in developing the next generation of leaders and supporting the advancement of women. She is on the Board of Directors and current Secretary of WEPAN (Women in Engineering ProActive Network) and also serves on the Board of Trustees with Hudson Job Search.
