In this episode, I go into the not-self themes for each of the energy types. When we know what our not-self theme is, it truly becomes a gift when it shows up for us! A gift that reminds us that we ARE ABLE to be in alignment, but we are somehow OUT of alignment in the moment. It allows us to evaluate and decide where we are out of alignment so that we can course correct to get back on track.
