His resume includes being a dual Premiership Player, past Coach, and the first-ever full-time VFL/AFL recruiter.

City of Dreams caught up with Bill to discuss Geelong being a destination club, his successes and stories as a full-time recruiter, and the support of the local Geelong business community.
