Sharing my healing journey as I seek to mend my heart and undo the lingering effects of complex trauma. This is the first of many episodes on healing from abuse and the loss of my daughter. As a single mom, I have not always been able to afford therapy, but connection is so imperative to the healing process. I am starting this podcast in the hopes of connecting with, and reaching other women who are on a similar journey.
