With the FAIR act, California has made education about the LGBT community mandatory in all schools. On the latest The Advocates podcast, Robin Lowey, author of Game Changers: Lesbians You Should Know About, a book made to educate young kids about important lesbians, joins hosts Jessie "Gender" Earl and Tracy E. Gilchrist to discuss the importance of educating young people about the queer community. She also lays out why she thinks that the term "lesbian" shouldn't disappear.
