Description
Emanuel Karropoulos has been the Executive Chef at the Bistro at Jake’s 58 since November of 2021. Prior to coming to Jake’s 58, Chef Emanuel owned and operated his own restaurant (Emanuel’s Fine Dining) and was the Regional Multi-Brand Executive Chef for Earl Enterprises, which includes well-known restaurants like Brio, Bravo, Planet Hollywood, and Bocca de Peppi. He also worked for world-renowned Blackstone Steakhouse. While he has traveled extensively as a chef, and lived in San Diego and Key West, Florida. Emanuel was born and raised in Long Island.
