Today on the Americana Music.com Podcast we have the privilege of welcoming James McMurtry. Texas Monthly calls him “a songwriter’s songwriter” and Rolling Stone says he’s "One of America's greatest living songwriters". James McMurtry’s ability to tell a story, write great lines that hit in the right places, and create memorable characters is the best in the business. His new album The Black Dog and the Wandering Boy released on New West Records June 20th of this year. It is a pleasure to welcome James McMurtry on the show.
