A man was killed and a teen boy hurt in a pair of separate shootings across Philadelphia Monday morning.
Police say it was after 7 o'clock when they found a man shot along Pennsgrove Street, near Mantua Avenue, in the Belmont neighborhood of West Philly.
He was taken to the hospital where he died about half an hour later.
Hours earlier, close to 1 a.m., police say a 15-year-old boy was shot twice in the leg while sitting on the front porch of his home on Woodstock Street near Mifflin Street in South Philly.
He was taken to the hospital and placed in stable condition. A motive for that shooting is unknown.
No arrests have been made in either shooting.

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s office has now withdrawn all charges against all three suspects in an alleged retail theft gang known as the "Diaper Crew."
Prosecutors, Monday, dropped retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy charges against Byron Jordan-Prince — after refiling charges against in him in June.
He, along with Lytrell Scott and Daquan Johnson were arrested in July of last year, accused of stealing mostly diapers, as well as batteries and coffee from dollar stores and drug stores throughout city.
Charges against Johnson and Scott were withdrawn earlier this year.
