#43: Jenn Boulay is known as The Lactation Expert on social media. She's a Certified Maternal Newborn Nurse teaching new mothers all of the things they need to know after giving birth. She even created an app called Latch'd that helps new moms prepare for breastfeeding.
In this episode Jenn explains cluster feeding, how to handle visitors when you need to feed your newborn, and how to handle breastfeeding when it doesn't feel so "natural."
Jenn's own experience of her baby experiencing tongue tie inspired her to educate other moms on this issue to help them avoid the struggles that come with that. She's even included help with tongue tie, among many other things, in her app!
