Root chakra (center)

• Physical body - legs, hips, feet
• Representative of - safety, security, support, groundedness, money
• Color - red
• Physical manifestation when out of alignment - Leg, foot, hip pain, sciatic pain
• Healing modalities - practice being in the NOW moment, meditation, movement and getting in the body, inner child/teenager healing, being in nature, working with the color red, grounding foods
• HD differences - none

Sacral chakra (center)

• Physical body - lower abdomen, reproductive organs, hips, pelvis
• Representative of - sexuality, sensuality, creativity, life force energy
• Color - orange
• Physical manifestation when out of alignment - menstrual cycle pain, reproductive organ problems/pain
• Healing modalities - self-expression, journaling, past healing around sexuality/repression/trauma, twerking, exploring self, masturbation, cycle syncing
• HD differences - none

Solar plexus chakra (center)

• Physical body - digestive system, stomach, abdomen
• Representative of - self, sense of self, self trust, self love, standing in your truth
• Color - yellow
• Physical manifestation when out of alignment - digestive issues, stomach aches, mid back pain
• Healing modalities - self work, belief identification, belief work, inner child healing around sense of self, self worth, and confidence, working with the color yellow, sun bathing
• HD differences - solar plexus is the center of emotions, empathy, sympathy
