Description
What is the sticky floor and are you stuck to it?
If you’re a female leader in any capacity, you face unique challenges and opportunities. Many times, the responsibilities and unique struggles of leading as a female can make us feel that we aren’t reaching our full potential.
In today's episode, our leadership panel will help you identify where you are stuck and give you practical tools to move forward.
In addition, you will want to take the "Sticky Floor Assessment" designed by Kadi Cole, author of Developing Female Leaders
