🏠 THE LEASE - CHAPTER 1: SPARE BEDROOM

Ryan is running out of options.

With the spring semester starting in just three days, this broke college junior desperately needs somewhere to live. After returning from a semester abroad in Italy, he finds himself without roommates, without an affordable apartment, and with very little time left to figure things out.

Then he finds an unusual listing:

“Single boy to occupy SPARE BEDROOM; reasonable price.”

The offer sounds almost too good to be true, especially when Ryan learns the rent is going to be completely free.

The homeowner, Bob, is a retired Navy officer and former professor who says he’s simply looking for companionship and someone to bring a little life back into his quiet home. He’s warm, attentive, and incredibly welcoming… but there are clearly some things about Bob’s offer that Ryan doesn’t quite understand yet.

As Ryan tours his potential new home, he begins noticing some rather unusual details and eventually finds himself upstairs, sitting in front of a mysterious packet containing the rules for his new living arrangement.

What exactly has Ryan agreed to?

And what does Bob really expect from his new roommate?

The journey begins here.

The Lease is our new 18-chapter slow-burn ABDL story, following Ryan as his new living situation slowly begins to change his life in ways he never expected.
