In today’s 5-Minute Daily Devotional, we begin Advent by reflecting on Isaiah 9:2, 6–7 (NIV):
“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light…
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given.”
The same God who brought light into a dark world still brings light into our hearts today.
This Advent, we celebrate why we have hope:
• God has already kept His promise by sending Jesus
• His light still breaks into our darkest places
• He will come again to make all things new
We don’t just remember a story—we cling to a Savior who is Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.
📖 Scripture: Isaiah 9:2, 6–7 (NIV)
